The Old Nursery Condominiums

People and their environment are the focus of this project 

On the site of the former Kliem Nursery 25 condominium units with parking spaces 32 vehicles will be created by preserving and converting existing building structures and adding new buildings 

The buildings will be maintained to low-energy housing standards, with the goal of being a zero-energy housing project. There is also a requirement for the buildings to be climate-neutral and more than 95% recyclable.
